Public browsing & hosting
Current public content is available without registration. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the pages. Network and security services may process IP addresses, request times and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Processing may take place outside your country.
Optional visitor analytics
Only after your explicit permission do we load Cloudflare Web Analytics on eligible public pages. It helps us understand page visits, referrers, browser and operating-system categories and loading performance. Performance records may also include public page elements, resource addresses and a random identifier generated for each page load. We do not submit form content or member identifiers to analytics or associate it with personal accounts.
Choice & withdrawal
Allow and refuse are equally available. You can change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics and reloads the page; data already sent cannot be recalled by a refresh. Pages with query parameters, contact, search, member, sign-in and restricted-download pages are excluded. Refusal does not block public resources.
Chinese practice and learning records
Guests can try five fixed questions on this page. After accepting the learning-record notice, members save test history, points and review suggestions in their own account, with export and clear controls.
Contact form & email
The current contact form prepares an email draft in your browser; it neither submits to the website nor sends automatically. If you send it, your email provider and the operator’s receiving mailbox process the message. Mail to [email protected] is forwarded to that mailbox. Messages are used to answer your request, not to subscribe you automatically to marketing. Avoid identity documents, student records and unrelated sensitive information.
Email retention & requests
Contact mail is retained as needed to handle requests and necessary records. We have not enabled automated marketing or a fixed automatic email-deletion period. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you provided by contacting [email protected]; the operator will verify the request and explain its scope.
Status of member features
The separate member centre provides email/password and Google sign-in, up to 2 free questions a day and answer emails. First-phase regional availability, the adult requirement and member terms apply. See the member privacy notice for identity services, questions and answers, account data, international processing and retention. Optional public-page analytics do not run in the member centre.
